As we begin our collaboration, we believe it's essential to outline clear expectations to ensure mutual understanding and a harmonious working relationship. Please find below our Client Expectations Agreement, which articulates our shared commitments to integrity, professionalism, and timeliness. Here is what we expect from you:

Commitment to Integrity:

We believe that the Internal Revenue Code was written so that you, the business owner, pay as little taxes as possible. With that being said, we will not tolerate any intentional acts to misrepresent the nature of the business or any effort to commit fraud. Doing so will result in immediate termination of our engagement in full without refund.

Commitment to Professionalism:

We, too, are hard-working professionals doing our best to assist you with your accounting and bookkeeping needs. Please be respectful of us, our time, and the work that we complete for you. Disagreements are bound to happen in time; let’s handle them in a manner that honors one another. It is always our intention to have your best interests in heart.

Commitment to Timeliness:

Much of the work that we will complete for you is time sensitive and sequential in nature. The next step cannot be started before the completion of the step prior. Therefore, we expect a response from you within 5 – 7 business days regarding any requests for information that we require to move forward with the work you have entrusted us with.

Since we price our services on a fixed-rate basis, failure to do so impedes our efforts and increases the amount of time it takes to complete the work. If this happens, we will charge a minimum of fifty dollars or our current hourly rate, whichever is greater, to reimburse us for the extra time required to complete your work.
